Mobility with yoga techniques is a scientific system of physical and mental practices with breath work. Its purpose is to help each one of us learn more about out bodies as we age and apply methods for enduring health and function. With a little added mobility, we can extend our healthy, productive years far beyond the accepted norm while improving the quality of our lives.

Amanda’s Art of Mobility class is unique in that it offers total body engagement through strengthening, stretching, balance, and coordination. All within a safe, gentle physical practice appropriate for any age or ability level!

Ketchikan Physical Therapy is an integrative physical therapy practice providing wellness through mobility exercises and breathing techniques to control pain, musculoskeletal disorders, postural imbalances, and improve range of motion.
